ABOUT ME
Having trained for nine years as a dancer I went on to perform professionally in theatre, TV and film in the West End, UK and abroad for seventeen years. I started practising Yoga in 1995 and qualified as a teacher with the British School of Yoga. I have been teaching Yoga since 2004.
