Offering various classes in yoga, using moving meditation, combining breath work, beautiful flowing asana sequences, playful balances, moments of stillness and deep relaxation.
With Mindful yoga, we flow the breath through a sequence of seated, standing and inverted postures, to leave us feeling energised yet calm, grounded yet uplifted.
Most classes are suitable for complete beginners and will suit most people with a reasonable level of fitness. Please contact me for more information.
